Chrly, hope you and your family weren't affected by the evacuation. Things looks pretty scary. Here down in SF Bay Area, many roads were damaged. In fact, my favorite Hwy 9 and Hwy 35 are totally damaged. Hwy 35, especially, looks pretty bad and it will take long time before it is repaired.

They will have to build a bridge.

Well I am enjoying brief sunshine now. It looks like rain will come back on Thursday.

As far as Hwy 35, luckily for me the part that slid is south of Hwy 9. I rarely go that way as the road gets pretty torn up during a regular year. But I agree it's going to be some time before it reopens. I heard that there were several rock slides on Hwy 9 but they cleared them. It's crazy this year with all the rain. I mean I like it because it's refilling the aquifer up at my property but I really want to get out and ride.
