Went into work this morning to try talk them into letting me to do light duties in two weeks LOL took me 10 minutes to get my r/h boot on my leg 
+ some pain, the Forman said he will be back from annual leave on the 22nd then to phone him up so he can get a work bench organised plus some bench sized jobs to do, but not to do more than four hours a day at first !well im going through HELL ( on a static Exersize Bike) to force my leg into bending more from now on,they say no pain no gain! I say when the going gets tough the tough gets going! I'll check the Angle degrees in a few days to see if this %$&^*#$@%$ leg can bend more soon !

Yeh mate i'm sad about Edgecrusher went down Bro !this morning I bought a GenMar riser for my bike mate from USA then put a thread in the Accessory Post then went to the Cops,Crashes& Stories to say im going away down South to Mt Gambia to visit my Mum & Stepdad just till late Thursday (back Home LOL)but read that our Bro Edge went down Cooter ! & I felt real Sorry for him that his wrist is broken & his ZX1400 is smashed up!so I'll look @ our Forum in about 48 hours from now mate.

As I said COOTER I went down To MT Gambia only got back last night bro been a bit slack mate i've not done any extra exercises since then but I feel my leg is bending a bit better now mate! I''l check the ROM a bit later and post it up if theres any differance then bro

Hey COOTER I just check the degrees mate you hooooooo up another 5 deg. to 70 degrees now,my old mate had crash 3 years ago next month ! & snapped his R/H Tibiar & Fibiar (below his Femur)& said to me 9 months ago I'll be off my 
crutches ! before you LOL, I dropped by to see how he's going now yesterday,& he has not stopped Smoking Dope or Drinking at all or not doing what I did ( exersise,fruit/veg)+ lay off the 
& 
& he is still on both crutches, so I said to him about now I can put full weight on my leg now! 
he replied he is still only allowed to put 20 kilograms weight still on his smashed Leg.

No doubt stopping the other stuff was a REALLY smart move!100% right Broyeh blue07 i,m glad I stopped that mate otherwise it would be the same as my old mate Steven!(3 years & no progress at all,next week on Monday I have to phone up & speak to the Forman (Huddo he has a 2009 Busa Mate) to set up a workbench & small fabrication work some time hopefully next week for me finally after over 14 months off work !

Bottom line, bean, time went fast, didn't it. Coot, I'm not going to question those healing properties. How about water. I found if I crawled into the shower to wash, I would heal faster? Did the water soften the road rash? Was it more the open sore that receive the extra boost to heal, what seemed to be more water? Because I used not a thing man made to wipe over that. No band-aids, bandages, ointments. Just the water from nature. Now, the plant from nature? Mix and wipe that over a wound?
Look up on youtube, rick simpson 'running from the cure'... Make your own conclusions.

Was the same with me, will testify to that, as soon as I started to get out of the wheel chair and sit on a stool in the shower , my recovery was way faster.
Just used to sit there until the water ran cold, was just amazeing.
All the cuts, bruises and stiches etc felt better so did the brain, 
Hope all is good bean and edge
My birthday in a couple of weeks to whats with this place.
