In great shape, this one will fit on the ZX14 or at least the 2009 models LOL
It should fit all models as far as I know
I also bought one of the Extra Seat Brackets to mount the seat from this board
I think the bracket\latch plate was $45 shipped but I will add it in so you have fast swapping if wanted .
This seat made a difference for those with longer inseams as raise a bit higher than the stock seat and more foam. My son in law loved it . If he had money he would have bought the seat.
There are also cool covers to recover on Ebay if you want different colors?

I would be all over that Rube...but I don't know how the new zx14r seat is gonna be configured OR how comfy it's gonna be.Hopefully,they've done away with the stock zx14 seat foam and gotten smart.I hope.They definitely changed the shape...If not....and the release brackets are still the same,I'll be getting a Connie seat for sure.
