Buy It or Don't Buy It

Is $250.00 a reasonably fair price for a brand new, never installed Gen 1 ZX-14 Corbin Seat ?

The seller wrecked the bike and no longer has a need for it. The seat is still in it's original Corbin carton.

Buy it! That's half the price of ordering the same seat new from Corbin. Corbin makes good seats as well as other accessories such as fairings, etc. and you pay for the quality

I have a Corbin Fast Gun on one of my Rockets and like it a lot. Just be aware, almost every Corbin seat I have sat on (including mine) was REALLY FIRM but it is very comfortable for up to 500 mile days. For long rides on my C-14, I went with a Seth Laam custom sea and am very happy with it.t

Thanks for your quick responses guys.I found out it is indeed a $400+ dollar seat new so it was a no brainer to buy it @ $250 and if by chance I don't like the feel I could sell it abd at least get my money back.

Yeah, buy it! No brainer. Some people say Corbins are too hard, and they are pretty firm. I bought one barely barely used from somebody on this site, paid about the same, and again it is firm, but the shape is better than OEM, for me anyway. I'm very happy with it.
