I assume the different plastic is to squeeze in the 2600 CC engine you have there....

or is zx14 to zx26 as z24 is to z28? lol

WHY?

My assumption is ZX12+ZX14=ZX26 or maybe ZX14-ZX12=ZX2 or was that made by Ford?

What's REALLY amazing about that bike there....it looks remarkably like it's half 14 and half 12.Geez...my 12 didn't look like that So they just kinda copied the 12's bodywork...and came up with our 14's?Coulda sworn MINE had a single exhaust on it.When were they sellin THESE 12's?Man,what a ripoff.

that is a good question

1st i had the parts laying around
2nd the zx12 front design catches less air and with the flow thru fairing design it should blow thru instead of working like a parachute .. its a work in progress
3rd because i could and i'm enjoying the benefits from it
its like when i install a GTR14 transmission into a zx14 and pick up 2 tenths at the dragstrip for free .. AND EVERYBODY CALLED ME A DUMMY . but they ain't laughing now they looking for GTR14 transmissions

I love when people do things just because they can!

I've always wished for a ZX12 body kit for the 14. I think ZX12 is one of the best looking bikes ever, especially in green.
