If you have never had one of these exhaust, you are missing the finest quality around. The sound is great,very lite, and the fit and finish is absolutely amazing. This is the second exhaust from Akra i have had and it is worth every penny...Excellent product

They just charge too much

I used to be a fan but after a few thousand miles mine started leaking badly at all the joints. I was just disgusted......way too much money for a titanium full system only to have it fall apart.

How would this compare with Two Bros sound wise?

Having owned a couple of ZX10R models with full Akrapovic systems, I'm a real fan and have been for many years.

I purchased my latest 2013 model ZX14R only a few months ago, and have been searching the internet for either a full Akrapovic system or slip-on cannisters in CARBON FIBRE. The problem is that every site I've searched thus far has CARBON systems for models from 2006-2011 only. There doesn't seem to be anyone stocking this item for the latest 2012-2014 models.

Can anyone on this forum point me in the direction of an Akrapovic supplier for the new 2013 models ?

You can't have what they don't make......nothing in carbon fiber exsists according to Akrapovic website. You might want to check into Leo Vince since you are talking about that kind of money!!!

Oops, I might have shot my mouth off too fast....I think Romans had this full system on his 2012, S-K14R2-RC, it had a carbon can, I know he sold it, but said it fit all years of the zx14....you might PM him for more info...

Congratulations on accomplishing something that Mr Akrapovic says is not possible !

I wrote to the Akrapovic factory asking them why there was only a titanium exhaust sleeve available for the 2012-2014 models, and if they had any plans to extend their range to include a CARBON FIBRE option. The factory's response is below:
