Expensive yes, but there isn't anything close to an alternative. Only full dual system available for our bikes. I'm hoping to get mine in a few weeks.
Scott, what was this systems total weight? I think I heard that it was a 27 pound total weight savings and Brocks claims a 24 HP gain on pump gas. If these two numbers (24hp/27lbs)are accurate, 2K is a bargain.

28.7lbs was the shipping weight with that in mind you have to subtract box then box exhaust was in 2 bottles of engine ice tube of copper sealer and 2 smaller boxes that cotained the cans. i did not weigh it but if i was to guess id have to say well under 20 lbs , hell i weighed stock header and m4 cans and weight was 20lbs even

The shipping weight for mine was 18 pounds. With both cans, I'm guessing 12-14 pounds. Maybe less. Felt like nothing in the palm of my hand.
All but the cans off being ceramic coated now. Will make it a little heavier, not much. Maybe a pound at most. Can't wait to get them on and hook the PC up to my laptop and set hi-mid-low and hear what they sound like.

Went for lunch and to pick something up with Scott today. Holy crap do those Brocks CT Duals sound awsome!! Did a short jaunt on the e-way as well as highway. They are absolutely amazing sounding. Not loud at all when your behind him, but you can tell when he cranks it up. He did a jump past me on the e-way and the only way I can describe it, was at the fence when they are qualifing for NASCAR.

I installed my CT-DUAL exhaust last night after work. Only hung the springs on the exhaust spigots until I wiggle it around a little more today.
Fired the beast up for the first time in a quite a while, and it sounds awesome. You are right, Mattz14 !
I like how it hugs the bike so closely, too. Like a glove.
The exhaust kit came with a simple plug to block off the PAIR valve, too.
After it idled a good while, I hooked the laptop up to the PC3 and set TPS. So as soon as I get the center stand on it, I can put the body panels on and take it for an easy ride around the block to see if I got the steering head nuts torqued right and all.

I'll wait and see how mine runs before I worry about a different map. Besides, Brock himself offered to retune my map if I find anything not to my liking. If for some reason she doesn't run well enough with Brock's help, I'll try Jeffo and see how his works.
I'm not sure why I have to talk to him on the phone though, lol. The only folks I've known who insist on talking on the phone usually want to sell me something I don't want.

You are right about that, jlewis02 !
Got mine finally installed, can bolts tightened, all the springs on. Clears the radiator fine, hugs the pan, fits like a glove, and sounds awesome. Not too loud at a stoplight, when idling. But she can bark too.
Let her idle until the fans came on ... two fans and Engine Ice rock, btw... then set TPS on the PC again to be more accurate than the first time I set it.
OEM side stand clears the exhaust just fine, and Brock's little side stand stop isn't as nice as the ti-force stopper (which I'll get if the USA reseller ever gets them in stock) but it works fine.
It is so nice to finally have her off the garage stands. I took her out without the side cowling just to see if anything was going to fall off (!) and tomorrow I'll put the side cowlings on and go test under braking and such to make sure everything is working right. The front brake feels solid (I put stainless lines on when I put the LSL handlebar conversion on) but I want to really get on it and make sure it won't fade.
I can smell the RTV gasket compound I put on the exhaust headers, but that will go away after a few hundred miles.
The ceramic coating that Classic Coatings did is fantastic, it really lowers the heat coming off the exhaust.

Privateer's ride...

Ok, here are the first pictures. Still no hugger, returned the first one 2 weeks ago because it was the wrong one (!).
Thats about it for carbon fiber. MDI will send me a carbon fiber battery compartment cover some day soon.
Still have to get a Concours 14 seat.
Eventually I'll get my Givi luggage, and Brock is still trying to talk me into wheels, lol. We'll see....

Ok, a report after zooming around a few hours.
Since I followed Brock's instructions, included with the CT-DUAL kit, and plugged the PAIR valve with the included plug, I've had a chance to see if it stops the decel pop as promised.
It does. I haven't had a single pop despite rolling it up and off many times. Apparently the map Brock installed on my piggy is pretty much spot on. It sure is a different bike now !
For one thing, it pulls through the first 3 gears a lot faster than before, and smoother. And the stumble off idle I had (which gave me fits a few times) is gone. She really jumps.
All seat of the pants, so not reliable. But I'm looking forward to getting out of town and into the mountains so I can see more of the powerband.

Meh, I'm putting the Euro piece on anyway for a top case rack. You are talking about the little top piece that snaps into the brakelight, where the Euro bikes have a passenger grab rail ?
EDIT: I hated the way it fits too. Ended up moving a few mounting points, moving holes, enlarging holes, recontouring pieces, far too much fabrication work. But now it fits fine.
