I assume you meant the engine running cooler, like you're thinking "if I replace the stock exhaust, the engine is going to go from an avg 200º to 190º (F)".
No, it will not drop engine running temps. One of the challenges with the (using only for brevity..ugh) hyperbikes is dealing with all the heat generated by the massive engines. It's not only a challenge to keep the running temps down, it's a challenge to prevent excessive heat build up internally.
Now if you mean something about feeling heat on my legs or something. I can't tell any difference there either.

I was partially referring to leg heat but if it doesn't help it doesn't help. I was trying to help justify the cost of getting s full system.
Anything below 90 outside and it's not a big deal at all. Once it gets above that my ankles and shins are really unfomfortable if riding it all day like I was this summer.

I know you've been here a while. Not sure this will be any help or you might be past this point?
Are you mainly interested in racing performance or street riding and looks/sound/weight?
If performance, go with a full system (basically you are a racer)
If it's looks/sounds/weight, do you like duals or single sided? If you like duals, just get slip-ons. If you like single sided, you can either go with a full system or plug one of the sides of the stock headers. Stock headers aren't bad really as far as weight, I think it was a wash between my yosh systems stainless steel and the stocker. The stocker looked like it was made out of a little thicker stock, but the yosh system's collector is more intricate thus weighing a tad more. I don't have the tools or anything to fab a plug for the stock pipe, but someone here did just this I'm sure it's still working great.
Titanium is an option too to save even a tad bit more weight. My yosh system weighed ~19 lbs stainless, titanium would've knocked about another 3 lbs off that. Yes, I think it was around $1000 for stainless/CF and titanium is around $1500. But as far as weight loss, even $166/lb is cheap.

Want to lose as much weight as possible and keep it as quiet as possible but still have 4-2-1. Brock's quietkore with baffle is the only one I can see that meets SAE standards whatever that means

That'd be a nice system. He says the full system weighs as little as 8.25 lbs. That'd be 10lbs less than my Yosh system. So about $90/lb for those additional 10 lbs. Not bad really (if that exact system weights the 8.25).
I like that systems looks for sure.
