Carbon fiber and weight aside, The power output variance between the R and street engines are due to the cam, ecu, and exhaust, and that's all, correct?

ZX14MAN64, and possible differences in boost levels.

We don't know what the H2R and H2 are at from the factory, and how its regulated.

That could be the big issue, if its mechanically different.

That H2 sounds awesome, if you close your eyes it sounds like a moto gp bike going down a straight. Awesome. If I had that kind of play cash I would order one in a second!
