Area P slip ons, Carbon Fiber, 2.5 diameter. These I took of my 07 ZX14. Beautiful condition, as new, still have the receipt for $795. Just too loud for my tastes. $475 shipped CONUS.

Humm, interested in the pipes, would you have a sound file of them on your 14 I could listen to?

I do not have a sound file of any sort available for these pipes.

Starting up the bike and letting it sit at idle reminds me a a nice V8 rumble. After that, getting up to speed and cruising is too loud for my tastes.

I had them on the bike for about 200 miles and put the stock pipes back on.

I'm with ya on that one myself, I bought some Muzzy's pipes, the slip ons, they were ratty sounding, and too loud also for me. I put the stock one's back on and sold the Muzzy's. I know Area P can make 'em to whatever core diameter and length you wish, humm...thinking about this one...

They'll be in a box in the garage for you. ;)

JJPXX, did I mention I LOVE the C-14 Seat. 200 mile days and the only issue are my hands going numb.

I'm looking to make a few comfort mods myself. First being that hard a$$ seat, man that thing after about 160 miles is hard on the hind parts. I checked out your pic of how yours looks today. Is that a Corbin seat you went with?

Yes, that is a Corbin that I went with and only use for solo riding. While firm, the Corbin does work well as long as you remember to move around on it.

After I sell my Area P's, I will buy a Sargent seat to give that a try.
