So I recently picked up another project for when I'm back on my feet. This time its a 2005 SV650
Comes with everything including a Leo Vince pipe. Interesting story about what happened to it.
Apparently the starter clutch had seized and dude didn't know it and was riding fast with a friend.
Heard a loud Bang and pulled over. The starter motor had basically exploded and broke out the front of the crankcase. I'm going to just put a replacement engine in it and sell it. Best part was the price.
I couldn't let it pass---$200

I've done an engine swap on the exact same model bike and it was actually pretty easy. Mg helper was a complete noob and we had it done in a few hours.
I'm not worried at all. Actually looking forward to it.
