Does anyone know a replacement for that stupid plastic rivit at the underside of the rear side panels,if so help is required please.

Cheapcycleparts-or any dealer parts seller over there.Anyway...the number is:(2008 ZX14)(ZZR1400 I guess for you Bean!).....92039-0015...two required(one for each side)....here they're $3.70 apiece.You could easily use a similar item probably find a couple at yer local fastener store.Take one out and match it up with whatever you could find over there.

Cheers blue, went out to bunnings and bought some masonary 1/4" by 1" anchors, they seem OK

bean ive got a couple of these laying around if you still need. replaced mine with bolts for the undertail install

scottjkyl thanks mate I got these christmas tree rivets, hey I'D like to know how you managed to get the nuts down in there, I thought about it but placed that idea in the bin, Im definately interested how you did it ? so mate educate me please! Or maybe you put the bolt in, then used an accorn nut on the out side mate ? Thanks again mate

bean my undertail came with threaded clips that slide onto the frame under the rear fenders then you use the bolt instead of the rivet(cause its too short)im pretty sure you can buy those clips at auto or hardware store
