^^^Sure, I just did a Google search for that. Tied in "Kuryakyn ISO grips installation" Didn't even know what they were. LOL There were a few other tutorials online that might be helpful.
couldn't tell you for sure if these will be a direct swap over or if you might need to adjust anything. I installed half alum/rubber grips also but they were cheap knockoff copies of D3 grips. The only problem I had installing mine was that the grips were shorter than OEM grips. There was is a ~5/15" gap between the bar end weight and the outer edge of the new grip. That actually worked out because it is just the right size gap for my CRG bar end mirrors.
It was very difficult to push the grip on because the metal sleeve does NOT expand at all like a full rubber one would. Compressed air would prolly be of no use. Shooting brake parts cleaner in there is insane AFAIC. You don't want to spatter that on your paint. I tried dousing with brake parts cleaner first but it was of no use at all. What worked for me was to soap it up really good with dish soap and then just a couple drops of water so it gets real slick. They went on about 3/4 of the way. I used a large socket against the butt of the grip and then a hammer to tap the grip on all the way. I never did get the throttle side on all the way. There is ~1/8" gap showing gray throttle tube on the inboard end. The grey is a ridge to seat the grip but my metal grips were so tight, no way was I going to get them on any farther if there was that ridge to get over. Again, rubber, being pliable would not be a problem.
If your grips are the same length as OEM, should fit without any modding. Gonna be a bitch to get them on. Try the socket trick for the last 1/2 inch or so. Find a socket that is about same OD as your grip. When mine wear out, I plan to carefully just cut them with a hack saw through the aluminum part. I'll never pull those off like rubber grips.

Based on your first pic, that looks to be the right length. They are designed to be used with bar end weights and those require that aprox 3/8" tip at the end of the bar to stick out.
What worked for me was to soap it up really good with dish soap and then just a couple drops of water so it gets real slick. They went on about 3/4 of the way. I used a large socket against the butt of the grip and then a hammer to tap the grip on all the way.

Looks to me liek you just have to pound that sombich on there another half inch until it contacts the copntrol pod. Then the roiunded off end of the handle bar will stick out a half inch. Put teh bar end weight on there, locktight the bolt and tighten it. The hard part is getting the grip to slide on another 1/2 inch but if you pound it, I'm sure it will go. .......unless I'm just not getting something here.

Those look pretty good in black/black. I know a guy who has the chrome/black ISOs on his ZZR 1200, and they don't look right without some other chrome bling pieces scattered around the machine.

@ rook, the welded nut on the end of the handle bar will not fit thur the iso grip hole, the nut is to big/hole is to small.
So no matter how much poundin i do in the "sombich" (LMAO) its just not goin to go any further. So im left with a cutting the bars or re-drilling the back end of the iso grip to over/thur it........WHICH BOTH SUCK!

The throttle side could have been a lil-closer but may take it back off and re-cut it after my trip.
I have the same thing on my aftermarket grips. Pretty tought o get the grip over that rib at te inboard end of the throttle tube.
Looks nice cjuni
