Worked with the suspension guys means who are they or who is he? And how much to setup the bike? And was sag part of the suspension setup? 33f and 27r... Remember, cold and cloudy like Friday was without tire warmers so that was the cold set, right? Tire warmers are set hot, right?
So if I'd run this kind of spreadsheet, I'd buy a temp gun, temp the air, track, and tires before; and have someone shoot the tire before you come under the overhead and back to the pit. Be consistent with the gun to sun/shade/overcast/distance with the gun hits/pit wall/etc.
Why? I'm going to give an example. Same [seasoned] guy, goes out and does not warm up the tires for a few laps. He sees some of his [TD] buddies up ahead, takes off, and down he goes. Next time I see him he is with new leathers he bought off of craig's or ebay. First time out on the leathers, guess WOT?
'I used the same summer tire numbers for my cold days and down I went, I should have figured it out the first time.' Just warm the tires up on a hot or cold day and know your numbers hot and cold you go messing on the track with said compounds. So the common sense is to lower the air pressure on cold days so the tire heats up more. Say 31f 27r looks fine; on cold days; no tire warmers.
