Anyone have luck louring their misses on. Today I took my wife for a second gear squirt to get her on. Hopeing this continues, and hoping to get out of second gear!
PS removed the cowl and put the rear grab handle unit on. She was too busy squeezing the life out of me to reach back there!

Wolfy if you figure this out, share. My wife won't even look in the direction of my bike. She rode back in my "Cruiser" phase. She hates sportsbikes.

I have had no luck getting my wife on the sport bike or the cruiser. She saw a picture of a can am spyder and said "I might would ride that". I took that as a "yes, you can go out and buy one". Now I just need to find a way to pay for it. I allready have too many toys and since I am selfish, I don't want to get rid of any. Maybe next year.

Call me insane but from where I stand you boys are trying to find the solution to a problem that does not exist. Don't get me wrong... I love my other half dearly. Its just the last thing I need to hear aboard the Ninjee is, "slow down, are we gonna crash, I hafta pee, can we stop for a drink, slow down, we're gonna wreck, I hafta pee, my ying-yang is sore, is that rain, I'm hungry, I hafta pee" etcetera etcetera.

Baahaaaahaaa Hagrid, no shit! I agree, not really a problem now that you mention it. I don't really want to two up on this one any how. If I can use Black's angle to get another one out of the deal, I'll go that route for sure.

I'm with hagrid. In our younger days the wife always wanted to ride. On the ZX11 she loved to go fast. The faster the better. I had a corbin dual with a backrest so she felt secure. But she always wanted to go somewhere. A restaurant, her sister's house, state park,... I just wanted to ride. We had a few close calls on the 14 with moron drivers, and now she's afraid to ride. Much better for me! A lot more enjoyable, and easier to avoid the morons.

Ha You Guys gave me a laugh LOL my now 50 year old MOF gets pissed when I rarely ride solo !!! she,s been up to 262kmh with me and said we went a bit fast bean lol ha ha I ride two up like I do solo with my missus

I took the little woman on a four hour ride this past Sunday, and after the initial *I am gonna be sick* after we went slowly around the first on ramp, she then settle into and enjoyed it.

She didn't care for it when I got up to 90, but as long as I kept it 80 or below she seemed to really enjoy it.

Update...
I took the wife out this Sunday, and put the grab handle on with the passenger seat. We did not break out of second gear. My wife is 5 feet and 80lbs. I am 6'3 and 230. I couldn't feel her back there. She came out and as I pulled in my neighbour's wife said, "did she loose some bet, to get on there," and I said no, we just thought to finish great sex with a ride. She didn't say anything and went back into the house.

I told her she is coming to bike night next, but she thought 50km was too fast. Wish me luck. I told here she was going and didn't give her an option. She squeezed me so tight around the waste that I swear you could not pry her loose with a crow bar. Anyways mission accomplished....

I can't get My wife OFF my 14! She LOVES to go fast and is totally responsible for a few of my speeding tickets, I swear!!! this August we are going to do a track day and I have got permission to do a couple of sessions 2- up with her.
She rode with AFM Champ Corey Call a few years ago and he was doing wheelies down the straight with her on the back and she was dragging her hand around the corners. Crazy or what???
