passenger pegs

I saw somebody had something like cruiser rear pegs. Almost like mini boards. Does anybody know who that was or what could be used?

I am getting tired of my wife and daughter using my carbon fiber exhaust for a heal rest.

I think Privateer has what you're looking for...they're Buell pegs.

I,ve seen Kuryakyn passenger floorbords installed but Kuryakyn doesn't list a direct fit.

Thanks Blue, but Privy isn't the guy. He has stock rear pegs, aftermarket fronts.

EZX you are on the right track. Any idea were you saw them?

Geez...I don't know...I know about the Kuryaken ones...but you'd have to fab your own mounting deals somehow.I was trying to find out the same thing on a thread I posted a while back...not long ago.NOBODY really had any ideas except Privateer and the Buell "paddle shaped" XB Firebolt pegs(think that's what they go on).Black, stickin out but shaped oblong, with the longish side(s)going out,not back like a regular "floorboard".

I thought maybe some sort of like heat resistant stick-on cover material, you know, enough to protect the "heel" hitting area on the pipe.Something along the lines of header wrap material, cut to shape and fit on the muffler.OR,maybe a ZX12 muffler foot protector.I think maybe you could get a set, then mod em to what you wanted, sandwiched between the peg and muffler....wouldn't be too hard to do?They look pretty cool as well. You know, kinda cut em down to shape and fit em in there with a metal strap or something?Make it look stock.Perhaps a couple of really small spot welds to hold em on there...long as ya weren't gonna take em off anytime soon.Professional welder could stainless those spot welds...they'd look just like factory parts on there.

I didn't pursue mine cause I decided I won't be riding two up"anytime soon"

OOOPPS!I forgot...yours are Carbon Fiber.Sheesh...sorry man.Welding won't work very well on that methinks!

Yea Blue, welding wont work. Rivets might, but not really into that. It's more of a scratching issue (and a little comfort ) then the heat . Them things run real cool.

Dogo, we are getting closer. I am calling him.
