What year bike did they come off of?

I do not recall exactly but, it was an '06 or '07.

are they flat black or alittle metallic, I am very interested as I want to replace my 07 red grills for black ones. let me know and I might just have to take these off your hands :)

They are not flat. If you look close at the pics, you can see that they are slightly metallic.
