NICE. About time Mass. Nice mods. The GPR can be easily removed and swapped to a different bike, the frame sliders look very functional. What brand are those? I see a....RCS19? with Spielger brake lines AND the VERSAH = Killer combo. A lot of people say the Brembo Calipers (GP4RX) aren't worth it? Could you confirm. What are you using for front rotors? I would go with the AXIS COBRA with that combo but I'm not sure why they recommend Ferodo pads for them.
P.S. I tried to PM you about that Vortex 41T

The frame sliders, clip-ons and swingarm spools are Woodcraft. The mc is 19x18, don't need the switch on the rcs19.
The rotors are going to be Braking WK Directional. The stock cbr calipers are actually very good, if I were to race the bike I'd consider Brembo but for track days that would be an overkill.
I'll try to dig out all my spares for the 14 and give you a shout. If you need to put on something right away though don't wait for me, may not be worth your time. If I remember correctly, motowheels has most brands that make sprockets for BST/ Marchesini, Brock's has Vortex gearing.

Looks really COOL Stan. Love those orange rims. I am really intrigued with the Z-Fi TC module you have there. Take and older bike and bring it up to current TC standards, hey? Why not go all the way and put the TC/quickshifter module in? Lots of $$ but still less than going with a separate quickshifter system.
(BTW, hope you're snowed in with your project for a few days!)
