Winter Gloves?
09/23/11 1:42 PM

Need some help with some winter gloves, I rode the other day @ around 3am & it was just over 30 degrees & my current summer gloves r not up to the task.

So can anyone point me in the right direction for something that is NOT heated? Also was thinkin of a REV IT balaclava, any thoughts?

Thanks in Advance

Im about to buy these. I like this site because he gives reviews on most of the good items. I live in South GA so I think these will be sufficient enough for our winter months(3 or 4 total lol).

Good pair would be the GANKO gloves....non heated.I've got several balaclavas...the latest...made by Zan Headgear.Kind of a squarish shaped bottom piece flat seamed to a head cover of lighter weight material.Nice good sized cover for the neck and down over your back and shoulders.Works VERY well tucked in under your sweatshirt or whatever.

I've had a set of Cortech scarrab winter gloves and LOVE them! I've ridden in them down to 0 degrees, they did get a bit cold about a half an hour in though. I have rode in them in the 20's for extended periods of time and stayed warm.

+1 on the Cortech Scarab gloves, with a caveat. I originally bought a pair, but had to exchange them for a larger size. They only had a pair of MotoBoss in the next size up - they were identical to the Cortech, but the right size, maybe a little more broken in right away, and a couple dollars cheaper.
