Thank you Jet but it doesn't look like it will. She headed back downstate again and this time staying. She has a home there, She has many, many friends here but if that hadn't helped over the many years she lived here, i guess she's taken the least objectionable path. I got myself all in a tizzy over nuthin. I can't say I'm not dissappointed more than almost getting a job I really wanted. Can you blame me? A couple last pics for a few days and they all go away.

I'd rather leave the pics up but it is too pathetic since I never even got her to sit on the bike. Got a nice FB message from her. I'm 'a great man but bad timing for us to meet after all these years.' Sounds like avoiding romantic phraseology while still fulfilling obligatory return of the compliment for my admiration of her.

Meantime, flame 1 is starting to get pretty flirty which I have to put the kaibosh on right quick. I'm starting to realize what I knew a long time ago, if men and women are not co workers or a member of the same corganization or something, they have no business being together other than romance. If you have to ask the other to be together, there's some kind of romantic interest going on. You can't be friends because you will eventually find the other is not interested, acquires a significant other who objects to your presence or else you will be pissed off you're not the significant other. Such a relationship is will self destruct so why waste time developing it? Find out quick YES or NO and proceed accordingly. Don't be friends.

I had dinner over at flame 1's house last night and I'm a little surprised to say she's starting to look better! No beer goggles or nuthin, just some good conversation seemed to bring it out. I can't say she looks GOOD but better for sure. She'd smile and turn her head a certain way and I'd see her face back in HS. Good thing she didn't have any beer, i guess.
