zxsyko thanks and nope not putting anymore screening on. for 1 i dont know how youd attach them without having to screw them in cause you still need to be able to take the fairings off for maint. and im not gonna put screws in it. my lights are from chrome glow theres a shit load of colors i just used the red cause it showed off the screens the lights i have were $300 but they have multi functions got them at chromeglow.com heres a vid of just the lights changing thru the color cycle but it has the breathe mode and strobes also worth the money

Cool! I'm going to wait on the LED's. I don't drive at night.
Like I said, I ordered the screens. I'm also sending the primary gear cover, clutch cover and the brake & Gear shift levers in for chroming. That will wrap up all the bling on my bike.
I was going to install a rear view camera system but I think I like the Reevu helmet much better. I don't like moving my focus too much when I'm running the twisties.

That mod looks absolutely terrific, but I do have one question. How difficult would it be to find that screen metal somewhere (hardware store, maybe?), bend the metal, then epoxy? I don't know - $70 bucks just seems a bit steep here. Yeah, I realize the wire was dipped in a gloss black and all, but I'd think you could buy that gloss pretty cheap locally and spray paint or dip it. Am I just way off maybe?

loaded im sure it could be done if your good at bending the metal but for me to just be able to take out of box and install was well worth the $70 i didnt really feel that was too much $$$ for what i got theres other companies on ebay selling them for over $100 plus if you want chrome its the same $70 dont rekon you could get anything chromed for that price lol
thanks for the compliment there alaska

scott> So you think the metal was bent fairly complex then? Maybe it WOULD be better to just fork it out and attach. I think I prefer the silicone over the epoxy though. A tad too permanent for my tastes. She looks terrific though and definitely a nice look! What kind of camera did you use to take those pics?

there is a couple v shaped bends for the mid fairings, silicone wont work that was what i was going to do but quickly changed my mind. While the screens are formed you still have to hold them down flush to the fairing holes till the epoxy sets up(5 min epoxy is what they give you) personally i had to get a little more epoxy ended up getting the 60 sec epoxy worked a whole lot better.but you gotta be quick lol

I received the chrome fairing screens today. I'm installing the upper screens now. I think I'm going to use the epoxy in certain spots, then run a bead of silicone around the perimeter.
I'm glad I bought these. There's some fairly complicated bends and I didn't want to take the time.
I'll post some pics when it's all assembled with the screens and new bling.

zx go to hardware they have a 60sec epoxy and it self mixes as it is coming out of the tube alot easier and way faster.
looks nice, btw I got a LP catolog and they do make a screen for the front opening (radiator) looks very cool and it attaches to the radiator its right around $70 too
