I tried a set on my old Green 2012 along with cycle pirates adjustable shifter and brake pedals. Worked well and half the cost of a set of rear sets. Just make sure to use red Loctite all bolts.

Here is what they look like mounted. I eventually ordered a set of aftermarket rear sets off of ebay so I could install a quick shifter.
