Posted 45 mph curves around here you can usually take at between 90 and 100 mph if you nail it with a quick turn in and big lean angle but when they tighten up in a decreasing radius they can catch you out big time. You have to know the turn before doing big speed in these, there's usually little room for error.. Bean07Mate, glad your doing well, hope you're back up on 2 wheels soon.

I think you should take up heavy drinking for the next 2 or 3 months.
Here in Gainesville, FL the southbound I-75 exit 387 ramp is a decreasing radius 205-degree curve. In a car it's interesting to observe your hand on the steering wheel slowly turning more and more and more as you make your way through the curve. On a bike ... not so much.

Yea Bean, I'm going riding with one of my mates this morning on the old cruiser, it's a nice change of pace from the sportbikes, you can slow down and enjoy the scenery. Heal up quick, you may end up buying another 14R one day.
Cheers! Kruz

Just read about your latest "boo boo" Bean. Glad you're still here for us to talk to you. Heal up and if riding that Hardly Ableson clone is the only thing you can ride, it's still better than a damn car. And stay on the forum with us. You've earned a place here.
