Yeah, Kolfa, I love this Geeza but for outdoor storage, I would only use something like your CoverMax. My Guardian would be fine for some time too. I guess you would be looking for material that would hold up to the elements and a cover that isolates the whole bike from outside.

The Geeza testing indicates that only the top surfaces are ever effected by sunlight so no need to cover the bottom of the bike. The fender should be covered IMO but for how much work it is to carry a full cover and put on every day, I'll just repaint the fender some day if necessary. The philosophy is "the only good cover is one that you will use." Same philosophy applies to protective gear for our body. A full leather suit is cool but will you wear it all the time? Not me. I need something that works for every day use.

BTW, for indoor storage/dust cover, these things would work fine but nothing is simpler than the good ol' cotton bike bag. Goes on easy, easy to wash, covers the whole bike. A queen sized fitted bed sheet would be fine but you can get dust covers for the same price or even a lot less.

Rook, Thanks for the headsup on the blems. I am going to order one, but it is coming up at regular price.

Did you have to call them?

ok, I got it. I used the wrong selection box. Again, thanks for the info; I wanted one of these.

I bought this one off Fleabay for a dollar, but it cost $16 to ship it from China. Covers all but the very bottom of the tires and wheels. It has survived several storms, but I think it is about due for some Scotchguard as it is less waterproof than it used to be. Rolls up and stows into a bag about the size of a football.
