it is not modified it is a Kawasaki factory 2010 c-14 low gel seat looks just like this one

That's a good-looking seat. Mighty tempting. If I knew I could get a few bucks for the Tobin, I might buy it. Don't keep it if you get an offer but lemme think about it.......

Just so everyone is clear the low gel seat does not have the holes to mount the cowl it is a 2010+ c-14 seat with zx14 hardware on it.

That would be OK with me, I sold my solo seat cowl even though I rarely carry a passenger. Makes it easier to bungee things to the seat.

You don't say what year/model the brake pads will fit, or maybe all the brakes are the same, I'm not sure. I have a 2008 ZX14. If the pads fit, would you accept $60 for them ? I am in BC but have a box in Blaine. WA. Zip Code 98230

Quick question, I have a 07 ZX14, how much better is the stock C-14 seat? Got any pics of it? Does it come with ZX14 brackets? Id like to have a softer seat for my longer trips, and keep my tail bag on that seat, then for normal daily riding, have my stock seat on there, with the rear cowl.

It is 1000 times softer than the stock 14 seat it is also thicker and maybe a bit wider. I have pics of the seat by itself and some on the bike but there is luggage covering back half. Yes it has zx14 hardware
