The next thing is to show him the video of the kids on those bike, drifting around cones on the asphalt, not dirt. That's how the spanish groom their kids for gp. That's why you see more spanish riders on the gp podium. Right and left cranial flip-floping we will go... Hand/Eye/Brain connections.
He needs another 5 minuteshazam of... Feel the drift... Love the drift.

I've always thought about it. It would have to be a monthly weekend at Gram's event. There's nowhere to ride off road down here. Maybe one day. The kids aren't real interested but I know they would be once they tried it. Operating a vehicle at a young age helped me immensely when I became old enough to drive on the road. It actually serves a practical purpose, too.

I didn't want to tell her about it because, as you guys know, she would have "tried" to talk me out of it and I didn't want a "I disagreed with you, and you did it anyway fight"
It's the main reason I never married... 'Lose the bike or lose me' line and gave them on a second phone call, 'you and me are about 8 months of lust and bliss and then it's over' Bike stays you don't have to worry about it. And I stuck wit me game plan and been happy ever after here comes the nephew with another build. Then I hear my sister, 'oh geez, get him off the thing' is one phone call after the other, 'is it gone yet, is it gone yet?'
Glad I'm not in the middle of how dare she ever bring it up. See if you said to her, 'no more shopping, even just to try some on as a road test, no you don't!' See if she now likes her world someone butts in on her tiny sliver of life, or whatever turns her on... Ain't no more for you if the kid loses the bike battle.
See me in that position grooming the kid for a sport, not a game?

^^
When I ask for permission and her blessing - I do so on things where I don't care about the outcome. My truck for example. Who cares. I don't ask for permission on items that are non negotiable. Ie guns, bikes and stuff I do with my kids. On these matters - I just execute the plan!
Been married 13 years. She's a good woman! Others would of jet! Love my kids, as we all do, nothing brings greater joy than to see them enjoy something we love. There is no greater gift in life.
Hooligan Jr. Will be a well trained scalpel on two wheels or at minimum, he will love to ride. And when his time comes, he will have the necessary skills to stay alive.
Mad love boyz

I could sheer the treds off with a steak knife. Create custom slicks. Wait for the snow to melt and introduce drifting.
Thanks Rook, but in HS, I saw it way back then. It was her or the bike and I've gone thru 3 before she showed up. The seed was planted and you could not uproot that to this day.
Ah, I think we are at another BOSS removing the feelers off the pegs impasse. No, WOT I'm saying is to burn them off.. tick-tock--kid style is hone his edges with them. So deja vu all over again is the days are leaving everyday you do not burn that in the snow, ice, patch over, skid on the nipples.
Ice sea a gaggle of snow and the burning of the drift in the snow and oh look, giveaway on the crashes. And then there is this.
Wifey: (trembling)... I told you I had a prem for green and you are putting our child in danger.
Wolfy: Dear, a deer is going to come out of the fridge, I have a prem.
Wifey: Don't make your wife look stew pit and say I told you so.
Wolfy: So watt, AC sings this and DC does that. And a woman's intuition?
Wifey: I had another one that said they had a sale on venny and I bought a hunka stew, it's in the stew.
Wolfy: Stu pit.
Wifey: So there!
Wolfy: WOT are the odds. It is what it is, you can prem all you want.
Wifey: I am taking the kids (no mommy is heard in the background)
Wolfy: See, the kids think you're nuts with the prem. House about you stop getting perms and stay home.
Wifey: What? That's my most favorite (you tell her dad is heard in the background)
Wolfy: Silly mom. Would I do that to you? I could give a shit about how you spend your own money.
Wifey: But that little bike bucks would have gone for my goldie locks.
Wolfy: Oh, and the kid is a natural and now deny him. Go ask him about your prem. (tell her to change back to green hair the kids are yelling)
Wifey: Now look, you have the kids against me. (you suck mom can be heard)
Wolfy: Now kids, she's just upset about, about the balls sports.
Wifey: That's another thing. I can't show off my perms to the other soccer moms.
Wolfy: You mean Mrs. Orange Pop Cycle hair with the cream inside?
Wifey: I'm going upstairs to make a hair appointment. I'm going to perm my hair for the prem green
Wolfy: Man, what man goes thru you end up with one of these.
Wifey: What did you say?
Wolfy: I said... (tell her daddy heard in the background)

Great pics Wolf! I started riding a 1972 Honda elsinore MR50 at the age of 5, and the rest is history. This is my sister and I when I was about 3
