I used them before, about 4 years ago when I got a ticket and didnt qualify for traffic school due to having a prior ticket within 18 months, and for $99 bucks they do all the work for you, you do NOTHING.
I got another ticket around Christmas and It's close to court date so I paid another $99 and let them do their magic. This time around I could have taken traffic school for which I qualified for but I just want the whole thing gone, so here I am, hoping that he can get me outta it again or at least reduce the total fine (Ossifer says that I was doing 90mph on a 70 zone so Im looking at close to $400 on the ticket alone) I told him that this kind of bikes are electronically limited to 75mph by Japanese laws, elders came to the proposal during ancient times and that the world Ninja means high discipline of its riders,,, he didnt believe me at all and told me to sit in the back of the cruiser while he sorted out my shady paperwork. He looked pissed at me for some reason. (From "Ossifer" down to "reason" its all a made up joke!!!)
