While these pics are not on the bike, they will give you an idea of sizing.
1. Stock
2. MRA Touring (Light Smoke) Stock fit and shape, with an extended lip at the rear. This is what i currently
have on the bike. I wish MRA would make their double bubble with this extended lip.
3. ZG Double Bouble (Dark Smoke) While this one i think looks the best on the bike, it however makes the most noise
behind the screen. This screen also fits shitty where the body line meets the windscreen towards the back.
material it is made of is a little softer than the above two and scratches easier.

Do you want to see through it in full tuck and triple digits?Good idea to have clear vision when engaging the enemy;)I have "hypotheticaly" done 292kmph and had my vision just above the screen.

Yup! Flat the fuck out now I don't know how many times. Full tuck, my line of sight is straight over the edge. Painted stocker. No glare or sunspots on my gauges.

That's a good tuck technique Grn! Not just you! I modify my top speed tuck so that I sit forward hard balls to tank and I'm thinkin corner. I have some great big straights and they are connected by decent twistys. I just like my eyeline up a little! Your technique is top speed all the way.

Yup...I see what ya mean.I back up a shade so I can get horizontal...and then just guide the bars with my fingertips...I don't really 'grab' onto em...I let the frontend just kinda track itself...me dampening it a tad.I hold the throttle with my thumb and first two fingers...very light.IDK if that's safe or not....but it seems okay at top speed...she's very planted.Course, these straights that I do this on are VERY smooth...no odd dips or anything...so it feels pretty safe anyway;)I just really need to remember to stay tucked as I decelerate...raising up at 170 or so isn't the best way to stay in control;)
This stock screen really does a great job of moving the wind back and over the cockpit...better than any of my other screens...the faster I go...the better it plants the front seems like to me.It doesn't help much at 160 or so sitting uprightLOL!!!If there just wasn't that big ass sweeper...an uphill...at the end of the run....but it's fun to hit that at around 145,150,and lean er in...a nice set of big s's....way nice.Really get to rippin through there.Coming back...way nice...it's 'downhill'...so the feeling is different, and the bike leans different also....way cool.Big...open...see through the whole set....makes for a fast azz sprint in there;)

I worry about it. I do see an intense sun line when I use one, so even now with my stocker if I see any reflection I just 'monkey paw' my gloves over them.

My screens all came with a warning about parking at a particular angle towards the Sun.MRA included.However...a smoked or colored(darker) screen will most likely NOT cause a meltdown. The 2013 14R has a plastic cover over the wiring and such...where a shaded screen would be sitting.Their stock screen for that model does not have any smoked area right there at the nose...like earlier ones.Apparently there is truth to this thing.

Stick with smoked or reflective screens and no issues with gauge pod melting.
