...so all you do is cut the stuff that is in bold print above and then replace the first cut with https: then replace the second cut with v then put the youtube and /youtube tags around it.

When the hell this all start? More interesting, how'd you guys know about it? I've been trying to post vids for months.

Now where did you find this? How could you go from watching your own vid; go up to the address bar; lay the courser up there and hammer the left mouse key until you figure out how to keep blue in the flip-flop of it, yes? Then cut&paste the blue line with ctrl+c; come back to your message; click paste or ctrl+v and this is the line? I don't get it?

However, lets work the code out and if this is how you found this strip of code so be it. This is another way of finding it and isn't it 3 ways of doing it usually? I have one way and now you came up with this way.

1. First, look at the http: missing in the whole address line.
2. This is the machine code you copied and pasted. This is code that says; who sits where as you look at the monitor and everything is in that square screen.
3. So you are writing a code from that 'source page?' Explain the steps how you got that code.
4. Wipe away everything except //www.youtube.com/embed/MknSlvk58iE
5. Remove embed and insert a v.
6. Add http: to the first forward slash on the left of that address.
7. From right to left, drag the mouse across the coding you modded as, http://www.youtube.com/v/MknSlvk58iE.
8. Keystroke U for the brackets and type in tube.
9. Move the courser back in the center of the 'opening' and 'closing' brackets.
10. Press reply.

I go to youtube and click on the vid I want from my videos.

scroll down top the 3 box and click Embed

The whole line of code is automatically highlighted, I just copy.

Paste here and mod as described in the previous posts.

All I do then is cut watch?, replace the = sign with a slash and add the Youtube tags at the front and back of the code. ....wait, that's whata you said to do, right?

haha I see, you cut the code from your browser and I cut it from the Embed box on Youtube. That used to work for me but apparently something has changed.

One thing's for sure, I have GOT to get some new videos done this summer. those oldies are BOOOOOOOOORINGGGGGGGGGG!

LOL I used to have a thread in Pictures with my vids. I don't know where it went. I think I might have asked BG to delete that thread after I got my ticket and fell into a severe state of paranoia ...but none of those vids are/were of me, of course.

Maybe I'll start that thread up again. It's a good time of year for that.

Look in the BODY when you scroll down and post something. See where it says, "To embed a youtube video, use [utube]...[utube] or [youtube]...[youtube] around a hyperlink like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/_NoW01Qhtnc&NR=1"

Notice how the underscore line is used after the v/_. So right there was a code piece needed or the vid would show a large blank space where the vid would be. That's part of the coding you need to look for if you draw a blank, you might be missing the _, because it sure caught me out and I had to edit to add it back in.

Now that time...it worked...WTF?..just changed the embed to v....took out the " marks....added the [youtube] deals(with a slash at the right end)...

and the Dragon's Tail sure does NOT look fun these days. Looks like they're making a lot of money off that stretch.

Ohio has had a rep on being tough on traffic enforcement for years. When I used to drive truck ('01-02), Ohio troopers had such a rep many truck drivers wouldn't even do 1 mph over. Stake outs like that video happen all the time anywhere.

At any ride spot a stake out can happen any random day or days. Three choices, ride like you would and get ticketed, obey the speed limits and other laws, or just abort the ride there that day. It's important to always remember sitting around that next bend an LEO might be sitting there and you're doing 75 in a 35. That's just the way it works.

As motorcyclists of the sport genre, all it takes is pulling our hijinks at the wrong time and for an LEO to be there at the right time. That's the unfortunate game we have really no choice but to play. It's either play the game, or drive your 150+ hp bike like a Prius. I've been all for public race tracks at every city. We have public parks, public golf courses, public skateboard parks, public this and public that. But nothing for us. Why not pave over one of these public golf courses for us racing enthusiast? Unfortunately, its just mainly people like us that support this type of thing. I guess we're just not part of the common good.

Towards the end of last season I was on a nice stretch of 4 lane roadway and no traffic, 60 mph limit. So I kicked her up and was doing 140. I started to catch a pack of cars, @ about a 1/4 mile ahead and I spied what I thought might be an LEO at the head of that pack (3 or 4 cars) and slowed down. I would've slowed down before I caught the pack anyway, but since my mental radar detector was going off I slowed down then. Sure enough the car I suspected was a mounty with no light bar. I think he might have seen me in his mirror because a few seconds later he did a U and came back. As I say I had slowed down, but I'm pretty sure if I'd ran up to the pack I would've at least got pulled over.

Frankly I'd rather post some vids of how I ride. If LEO wants to know about me, I'd rather help them be knowledgeable abut me than not so. I do stupid shit I shouldn't do (who doesn't), at least when I do it I'm not putting other people at risks. If they're here, and watching us, or me, they can at least see this. Also they can see me not being involved in these groups that go around scaring and harassing people or participating in that pack mentality that gets people killed. When I see LEO I give them a wave or a nod. I want them to know me, and know when other vehicles are around I'm riding safely. I'm thoroughly convinced LEOs are human beings that have a job to do. They aren't emotionless automatons.

Where is that guy with no arm or leg, won some sort of roadracing championship and you bring that to the judge and ask if the bike is unstable during a wave or racing with one arm? No logic is the judge.

Whereas, I run a headlight off and if ticketed, will bring all the bike cops that have crashed with other vehicles and their headlights were on during the day. I guess that did not do the trick whoever thought of it. No logic is the law.
