This thing is used to replace the passenger foot peg bracket for exhaust hanging purposes. It is made out of aircraft grade aluminum painted satin black. It looks a lot more utilitarian which I like but it is also strong an about half as heavy as the OEM bracket + footpeg. The three mounting holes line up just like the OEM bracket. It works. Not too complicated. The only thing I don't like is that they altered the design from the photo they show on their site. The bottom rod has a bend in it to make it resist shock better but it does not look as nice as both rods straight (like they show in the pic).

TWW offers this bracket for $60 and free shipping. The only other supplier i could find was selling it for $80 + $10 shipping. TWW also has a huge variety of gaskets for all bikes. Call the guy up and you can ask him about his products. NIce fella.
