Blown,
I also have the N104. I've only gone over 150 (tucked). Its a noisy helmet, but I've never experienced vibration isues. Just throwing it out there.

The car biz nearly put Suzuki under. They are still recovering. Still, rehashi9ng the same old thing can only carry you for so long....
No reason for KHI to up the ante on the 14R. Yamaha and Honda don't even have anything in that class.

"And better looking ! what the hell were they thinking on the rear tail
section on those Gen 2 Busa's ?????"
Drag Racing. The 14 has the upswept foam on the pilot seat area...the Busa's is a single seat pilot deal.Hence the hump.To hold ya in the saddle. If that's what yer talkin about?

I rode my friend's 08 busa last week.We traded bikes.Aside from the continuous 'high frequency' vibration...it was a really fun bike to ride.Even though I rode it in 08...it felt much better this time.IDK why.I'd have to say...it's definitely equal to the 14R(or 14)in the ride department.More smooth in the shifting and stuff.Handling was VERY good.I didn't feel this way when I rode it the first time.
But also...I do like the styling of it.Even the turn signalsLOL!;)
I had my sights set on an 07 Busa when I first was deciding on a big sportbike.I somehow ended up at my local Kawi dealer.Saw the Black 07 14.Decided that was the right one.But the Busa IS a great bike. The shifting is so much clickier than the 14.IDK why Kawasaki couldn't do something with that...but they never have.

Personally I would be happy with either a color change, and or a 14RR with upspec suspension and some lighter wheels. Maybe even partner with an aftermarket exhaust company to get rid of the big cans. That would be real nice.

My 14R feels quite agricultural by comparison in that department.
Having a CBR and a B-King I would agree with that statement. The FP shift star did help my C14 some though and I will probably try that in the 14R at some point.

On the 10R the ECU works in conjunction with wheel speed, brake pressure, throttle position, engine RPM and throttle opening sensors. This high level of chassis orientation awareness means the ECU can adapt to changes in tires and even road camber.
Giving the 2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R ABS motorcycle a distinct advantage over its competition is the Showa Balance Free Fork (BFF). This is the first mass-production motorcycle application for the fork that was jointly developed with Showa in World Superbike competition.

Looks like no major changes for 2016, and less color choice.........
https://www.kawasaki.com/Products/2016-Ninja-ZX-14R-ABS
but it does get Brembo brakes and bosch antilock instead of the Kawa abs and a few suspension changes. Long live the king!

zzr1400 model designator is euro or other than usa market edition. So, assuming we cant get the sporty ohlins edition again = no real changes.
The second link with the sport performance model I assume will be the only edition with the brembo's and such; or do you think all versions get that. my guess is no. I think it stops good enough with the std frt brakes, cant imagine how it stops with the bigger rotors and brembo's.
Next big question, how much is a sport performance model over a regular bike? I bet its a big price hike.
