TPS?
10/04/11 7:37 AM

I know this has been covered a great deal but most of the inputs have been on the PC3 version which is different from the PC5.

According to the instructions below I am to leave the engine on and gun the trottle to max and set the max voltage or am I misreading this.
Thank you so much gents.

Nope, you're reading it correctly... It basically tells you to go WOT in nuetral ... but you don't have to do it that way.

Read the last post in this thread: Calibration of Power Commander TPS

Yes, the instructions are for PC3, but PC5 is pretty much the same. Shut off bike with kill switch (leave ignition key on), crack WOT and read the maximum voltage (100%/WOT) #'s. They will fluctuate a bit, so enter the average between the highest and lowest # you are seeing.

Unless the engine is running I get no voltage reading when I give it gas!

That is what I am running into.......

Does your PC5 have the latest firmware uploaded to it?... IIRC, that was the case with the early version.
