EVO Shift Star Kit - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
07/14/10 9:46 AM

I noticed that Romans had installed one of these:

Factory Pro EVO Shift Star Kit

and was happy with it, so I got one from here and had it installed yesterday.

Night and day difference for the better.

If you'd like to improve your shifting, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this. -bg

^^^Might get impatient. I don't hear of people changing clutches. Maybe drag racers but al other uses, I think it's good for a heck of a long service life.

I have thought about trying the star too. Might take off the crank case cover next winter.

Hmmm the C14 must have something like that already in it, because it sure is an easy shifting non-clunking gearbox. The slipper clutch helps too.

I had to adjust to the clutch and the brakes right off the bat and am still working on it. LOL.

Well I'm already past 33,000 miles on my 2008 and I clutch every time I shift so if it makes it to 50,000 I will change the plates and add heavy duty springs and the shift star kit just for the sake of it!
