IF you get out and have to wash that road grime off...I'd advise you to NOT spray a car wash spray directly on your bearings....at least not on the high pressure setting.Just a thought;)Ride safe and have fun!Those Blue ones are absolutely gorgeous!Good choice;)

I just went Sunday to get bike and everything was washed away traffic was moderate but no jams...

But hey, I don't recommend securing the front of your bike to the trailer by the handlebars. On a bike with a steel-tube handlebar you have some leeway with the inherent flexibility of the steel and you have some flex. But with the aluminum clip-on on the ZX14 (and many other sportbikes) you run the risk of breaking them off or worse, cracking the handle and it will break later at a very inopportune time.

It's best to loop your soft-strap over the lower triple-clamp and on the ZX14 that's pretty easy to do. You can't see it really well but you can get your hand up there and drop it over. There is no way you're going to break that. If you need to, move the hooks on the floor forward so you don't put any pressure on the plastics.

I think you'll find the bike is much more secure that way and you will not run the risk of breaking your bars.
