Looking for a windscreen

I am looking to order a windscreen this week and I need some help. 1st question, is a double bubble and raceing the same thing and what is a better brand. Puig or Zero Gravity? Smoke or Dk Smoke? Thanks for your help!!

Can't tell you but ask around because I have heard some aftermarket screen do not fit well.

1st question, is a double bubble and raceing the same thing?

From what I can tell, pretty much. Both are a little taller than stock.

Puig or Zero Gravity?

Those are the two best fitting aftermarket brands, IMO. Personal prference, I like the ZG.

Smoke or Dk Smoke?

For your bike, I'd go with the light smoke. Being that your bike is black, dark smoke would look too dark, IMO. But it's your bike, not mine. Just my .

Thanks for the info. You are right about all that black, so I will go light smoke. I was even thinking about red but I know the colors would not match up.

Ya...what Dogo said!!!ZG or Puig...both excellent fit.I'd stay away from Lockhart/Phillips...unfortunately...cause they have some nice screens...but they just don't fit.Powerbronze...same deal...nice,but lousy fitment.Black said how about the Kawasaki....yep....MRA is the co. that makes their "touring" and speed screens for the 14.Great screens...perfect fit.I think I've bought just about every 14 screen possible. My top choice(s)...MRA touring.Zero Grav Touring. And the famous...zx14 stock windscreen.Got a new Zero Grav double bubble on there now. We'll see how she works.Fitment was perfect again.

Kinda hard to get the contrast in these pics...but the blue is very noticeable at the right light and angle.Me Happy!May end up painting inside there on the point end for the sun visor deal...but I'm kinda likin the clearish full on windscreen look.

You're asking...how is MY view?Or the camera's view?It takes a really nice straight(and WIDE)shot of everything ahead.Sides of the road, whole deal.Point yer bike...that's where she films. That new HD housing won't fit inside the ram duct(bummer). But where she's at is very good for a wide, full frontend picture(s).Having it up there also has an added advantage of being able to reach over the front there and shut the cam off(or on)whenever I want.So I really don't need to stop and turn it on or off.Nice when yer rollin between canyons and want to "edit" yer filming on the fly. This cam comes with a menu to be able to push the button only once to begin filming or stopping.Nice.No messing with the power button first.Now....IF they could just design one that was voice activated or some sort of remote fob...THAT would be sweet!
