How do those guys know where they're supposed to go? I'd be lost in a sea of orange cones.

Before your criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you're a mile away and have their shoes.

we train with those cones all the freakin time....i hate seeing those cones....somewhat fun though really. Im just not near as fast as that video. that guy must ride cones once a week
