Not bad, had a few things I've been putting off in leiu of riding. So yesterday spent half a day getting it done. First stripped off the fairings and cleaned all the crap out of them. Pulled the plugs and changed them out, The stockers had almost 20,000 miles on them and still looked good (only showed slight wear) but the color was excellent. I was wondering about that since I'm running a stock map in my PCIII. Had the dreaded valve cover leak and installed the washers (after test ride it seemed to fix the issue, I'll have to keep an eye on it to make sure). Total work time was only about 3 hours but I had to make 2 trips to the shop for those damn wellnuts (yea 2 busted). I replaced to plugs with regular CR9E's, My mechanic showed me a set that came out of an 06' 14 and the plugs had 12,000 on them and looked good. He said performance wise you wouldn't notice a difference and I didn't, but they are only $5.00 a piece, I plan on pulling them after about 2,000 miles and check them to see how they look and make my own determination. Went ahead and changed my oil and filter, only 1500 since the last but figured while she was apart it would be simple enough.
Then took the wife for a little late night cruise for a slaw dog and milkshake.
Man LIFE IS GOOD.
