Thanks man! Now that I've made the switch I am freakin in love with that sound! No other sportbike sounds like a 14. I absolutely love the way they all have that authorative note.

Which is a better header, the muzzy or the brocks?

I think the muzzy posted slightly higher top end dyno numbers in the shootout.
So, based solely on power I'd say the Muzzy.
I had the brocks on mine when it was NA and I loved it. I'm sure you can't go wrong either way.

With the Muzzy M10 and the Cblast flash you will pull at least 200hp. Priscilla is a special girl and she pulls a little more than that. But nothing magic. Just attention to detail. If power is what you want out of your machine and you want to be able to measure its fullest potential, the details are important. I have seen a ton of bikes on the dyno and helped tune many. The details always make it or break it. Take care of the little things that rob a HP here and there and all of a sudden you see results adding up. Immaculate drivetrain. And I mean all of it. Disassembly. Remove wheel, clean and lubricate everything correctly. Lightly. Quality lubricants like Silkolene. Attention to detail with oil, weight, sump level(there is a happy place), air filter, spark plugs, all electrical connections from plugs to ecu tight and clean and contact lubricated with a touch of electrical connection lubricant. Check everything from the plugs to the rubber contact patch 3 times.
The Cblast flash with that M10 will throw solid numbers. But it's also about the quality of that power. It's a creamy gas turbine thrust shove in the back from just above idle to redline. The sound is probably the finest exhaust note I have heard. Definitely unique. Powerful. Nascar barky, deep, turns to a howling shriek...
She sounds like she is wailing past 10,000rpm, just wants to be whipped.

Explosive, powerful, creamy smooth, linear delivery. I am in love.
Though I did not aggressively deploy the full assualt capabilities of veridis, I must say this flash is "get out of here" ridiculous.

A triumphed achievement of horsepower that will have you laughing in your lid and screaming profanities. W..T..F..W..T..

Had that pipe on my 14r November 2011, no pcv for a year after that lol, made 200hp with a few miles on the motor and a very humid day with no tune. Only negative was having to shim the radiator forward to keep from hitting the headpipe. Which in turn put the plastics in a bind, they fit but did'nt fit perfect. note my avatar hehe

Holy fark!! That black m10 is gorgeous!!! Anybody want a slighlty beat up brocks dual ct system!! $900+shipping!

How's the low rpm torque? I noticed I lost torque on my 10r at the lower rpms with shorty exhaust.. I may pull the trigger soon on a black 1... !

Hey blkpear what did you feel was a plus or minus or what was lacking with the ct full systems? From everthing ive read and talking to brocks that system makes the most hp of what they offer for the 2012 zx14 and up.

blkpearl, compared to your duals and longer piped 4-1 system you will lose some low end torque with a shortie. You will gain in the top end. thats not dyno confirmed, it is ass dyno confirmed.

Correct ! I meant to say low but excitement got the best of me!!
Ok how bad is the loss on the 14 , it was bad enough on the 10 that I sold it ! But the 10 only had 75? Or so in torque anyhow not 100+

The system is great! No minus really it does what it's suppose to do make noise and add performance while looking good! No complaints here, except the bill to replace them I can buy two m10 full systems for the cost of 2 mufflers of the CT.

Hey BlackPearl, yeah, that Muzzy M10 in black is a really good looking system. The sound is excellent and the low and midrange is very strong. Uses a stepped diameter header that builds a very strong top end and yet maintains good drive-ability down low when holding a gear high off a hard corner exit.
