Best to get everything ready , like you said , the exhaust pipe and pair valve block off and filter and full clutch springs kit .If you are wanting the gear / billet plate and pick up done , around the same time good as well . That , tuned will be very nice bro .
The 2015 H2 , being Euro 4 has been cracked for years now , but the good hp it now makes is helped by the Vandemon H2R replica exhaust , it is the best chiice imo . The 2023 H2 will be going back for the last 1000rpm fuel mapping to be cracked , lots of difference with Euro 5+ . Then we decide which bike gets the stage 2 kit fitment .

I passed on the high volume oil pump gear for my 08. I was told it introduced more parasitic drag and it put more wear on the oil pump and I guess that would include the water pump too. I went with a billet oil pump cover. I think I got the low pressure oil pressure relief valve but I can't remember ever installing it.

That pipe is the only one I would have if I owned an H2. Maybe an H2 will be my next bike.

I did the full gear / plate and pickup , i was told by a few people to fit it , so got a bit paranoid . With the tuning , the bike needed the Brocks real street clutch kit . I then needed the RCS16 clutch master ,it was stiff as to activate until that fitment .
I am retiring with my H2 's , I just love them crazy machines . Reckon if you get one for your next bike , you would absolutely love it too bro .

I can't see how I wouldn't love an H2. "Big, Stable and Powerful" fits the bill for my riding. I like to carve the corners as much as I can but it's very risky where I live. Damned animals might cross the road at any second. Better to rip 10 seconds of top speed once in a while than to hazard 30 minutes of fast cornering every time I go out. I've found my larger bikes to be a lot of fun at lower speed too. You really can't go fast for long where I live. You'll have warning signs if you're lucky. Might take a while but your luck runs out eventually. I'm determined to get on that new 14R and run it up to redline a few times but after that, I'm riding it hard but I'm not going too fast unless I feel very safe. Every now and again I'll do 130-160 mph like I used to. I'm saving the really fast riding for racing events. The open road's too risky for my life now.

I bought an Accossato front brake MC for the Hayabusa years back. It looks exactly like a Brembo and it was on sale so I grabbed it. I have yet to figure out the reservoir situation and put it on the bike. As you know, the busa really could use a brake upgrade. I mean, the stock MC is ok on the Gen2 but it's not up to par with the 14 and now there's lots of bikes with much better brakes than the 14 has. I'm curious to discover what the Gen2 14R brakes are like. For all of my riding, even the Hayabusa brakes work just fine but I wouldn't mind experiencing ultimate brakes just to know what's possible. I use 30% of the go fast stuff but it's a lot of fun to have it and try it.

The 14R brakes on your model should be good from the start . M50 Brembo are still rated good streetbike caliper . The Busa brakes were very vague , no real feel feedback , but did pull up eventually..
I am really looking forward to trying out the Sicom rotors with the GP4-RX combo on my thing , next ride season .

Yeah, I don't know about the Gen1 Hayabusa but the stock brakes on the Gen2 are strong enough even if they don't feel like they are. I did lock the wheel once but it felt like I pulled the lever almost to the grip. It's been 10 years since I started planning my brake upgrades. I was thinking Berringer calipers and MC for the Hayabusa and ISR for the 14. My choices are based heavily on bling appeal. ISR has a plain aluminum finish but those exposed piston ends look amazing! I was going to paint the caliper black with gold pistons for my old 14. I never got far enough to choose rotors.

The Gen 1 Busa brakes were even worse bro , those tokico 6 pots were also used on many models from different manufacturers, and they were a badly designed caliper , but still the cheap bastards fitted them up .
I had a set of ISR 6 piston axial calipers ready ( but not used ) for a project oil cooled GSXR back around early 2010 . They are very lightweight . I was going to buy a radial 6 piston set with staggered piston setup ,but I was warned about extreme pad choice limitation when I was considering them for the my 2012 Busa .

Thanks for the heads up on ISRs. I might still go with them someday. Hopefully I'll remember your advice on the pads.
