You can stomp and scream and quote all day long but the new 14 will rule the others will have to resort to but mine is.... Lighter, better at the track, power to weight. Compare a 115 tq roll to a 80 better yet look at the torque at 3500 rpms on both 80 vs about 35. 14/liter comparison.

Rear is direct swap... front axle size is different '04-'05 and same '06-'10

Nope, different for every gen.

windscreen,

Different.

brake pads,

Different... but most guys swap out calipers on '04-'07's... mine has the calipers from my old zx14.

levers,

Clutch lever swaps... but different front master cylinder on '08+ (radial)... zx14 master is a great upgrade.

Are 08-11 ZX-10R parts interchangeable? If yes. I need to start buying a few parts and hide them until the wife gives the ok for the second bike lool

Drag, '08 through '10 ZX10Rs are virtually identical. Shift mechanism got an upgrade in '10 and exhaust and front cowl got a face lift that year. Oh yea, BMG, Bold New Graphics. All parts are interchangeable. The '11 is a clean sheet redesign, I don't believe anything is the same with exception of some front brake parts.

Are you looking at picking up an '11 or earlier version 10R?

We've been sitting here for what, 5/6 years? Add the other down site. Ass long ass mom can hit the can, you can pound miles down the road. Now, if we are talking, she walks out the house, and you don't have a doggie gps stuck under one of her sweaty saggers, I wouldn't let her out of the house let alone, you'll be polishing the wheels or burning out bike looking for her.
