"I didn't feel it was that different from a flies-less 06 with a good pipe and tune"...and just how would you know how the 14R
The big advantage the 14R has is going to be the top end" Really?.Try doin a full throttle twist in 1st with the new bike.Go ahead...Ktrc off...
.Especially...ME....I must have gotten the freak of the production run.Something just isn't right with my 14....She wants to keep lifting at 1500 rpm.
To go back on the quotes... I felt like Uknixer and Silver 14 underlined some of my points. I wouldn't like to get them mixed in this.
Green no offense but I feel like you may be bipolar. I thought this racing thing was dead. Nobody here is going to race you. You went from being mad to saying your dad didn't hug you enough when you were young (post deleted) to talking about racing again. I only reply because I think that one day you are going to understand. Nobody doesn't like the 14R here. We are just trying to evaluate the characteristic of the bike. My only regret was to digress on the liter. It made people think I was comparing the bikes. As the owner of a really healthy 06 with good mods, I was trying to find out if I should upgrade to the 14R thus get more power with a smoother curve and better handling or keep my 14 and get a smaller, nimbler machine. The 14R while great is not better than 2 bikes. So basically what I'm saying is do you rather have a low mileage 14 and a low mileage 10R (for instance) or one 14R? Most of the guys who made the decision to only ride the 14 are old, beat up and/or guys who already went through tons of bikes. I'm neither. If you don't understand that, I will just have to borrow a page from your dad and ignore you.

Stress kills..... but you will never learn you play right up there asshole.
Fat smelly chicks rock !!
I was talking to someone about how they went home looking up an old flame. Saw the town he lived in was small after all. It was larger than life when young. You have this reality that you are on some big unit. You have this reality that the new unit can take on the world. Butt, you pull the cotton briefs out of the plumber cleavage, the hill you took a sled to in the snow, no longer looks like a huge mountain to climb.
Your reality is screwed to your old... What drag said. Grn, I said the best can be beaten. COOT could probably take you out at a traffic light we call 10ft. a race. From a dead stop, Grn, Don't matter. Someone else is going to piss on year pee raid you thought you had it made.
You are challenging people you have no clue about, but I know about, have ridden their bike about 200ft and that is enough to know, smelly fat chick rock!

Grn, GAS'D is me now. I have no clue about tire reading and suspension setup. Who is going to help you out with that? That is an experience of a lot of tire changing, go out, come in.
What spring are you going to use so as not to skate the front end? I'm green... So green in the pits. I'm staying out of it. I'm that old guy that had no shock spring or rebound settings to play with. You rode that pile ass is bye the seat of yourear or stay the fuck home!
That means, Grn, your foot cam looks like this. You are 60+, can still beat the kids, but where are those skills? Where are those... Grn, they do not give out trophy to street hotties. Go to a race track near you. See if you can keep up with the kids out there.
When I goof on 'RG come get me,' he'd eat me alive, I'm rusty, but would give him the WOT for, but we are done here. My reality is he's pro at it. There is practice at it. Where are your clutch packs? Where are your cords, we are done playing out that tire center.
The reality is, no turbo if the feds are that ass tight, no air through those holes in the head. You know the ABS is a joke with the feds one more time the place is broken. Fools are steering the ship, no reality, are you sure you are not part of the gov, Grn?
Old man to an old man... I think that R has got you buy the ankles. I buy that R, you are going down for the soapal.

"You are challenging people you have no clue about"....that goes both ways...I'm supposed to be shaking?Fergit Hub....all overwith.I'm on the internet for God's sake...the place where ANYONE can be a star!60 ft times.Tire cords.Clutch packs.Never burned up a clutch. But then,I don't use it much after getting out of first.Tire cords?Yeah not many...I usually replace my tires before that.60 ft times?I've never Drag raced...I don't know anything about gassing it and popping the clutch.
Pointless really to say anything here.I'm gonna enjoy my ride.Hope you all will as well.

Grn, there are no stars withouthe backup. Show the net your backup. I'm going to show you my reality. What are you giving back to the sport? You wanna help me here with a star? Cough up some money behind the cushions and hand it to this kid/dad combo. This is STA-R.

Apparently not.
" Show the net your backup."....why would I want to do that?My only "backup" are the vids I made last year and some before on YouTube.I'll let the speedometer talk for me.It's no big deal.My ride.No one elses.Anyone can go fast.ANYONE. "What are you giving back to the sport?"....what sport. You mean, pleasure riding?I'm not giving anything to pleasure riding.I'm only riding my bike and sharing with others.I guess if I'm not acting like others and running off to the track every weekend,I'm just not qualified to give any riding experiences at all...right?Okay...sa'll good.Tell ya the truth...this deal here and the shit that went down about a motorcycle turned "get Grn"...it succeeded.I won't be posting here anymore. You all ride safe....have some awesome times and have fun.

Grn, just one second young man. You are calling out two guys. I'm saying, Grn, simmer down here. We have no clue what we are getting into.
Oh, all of a sudden, you call out someone, someone calls you out, and now you pig tail out of here? I just told you. I am clueless about tires and suspensions and a bunch of other things. People want to hear your reporting/experience and now you let them down. Your call, guy.
I know your helping. Oh, but you can say all you want, I make comment, and that comment was for anyone reading to get a point/counter point about being booked or being GAS'did did up. I told you a long time ago... You come here, don't bring that ego here. Bring the goods.
Grn, you've got the goods. Your call.

Mark, this is not about growing up. Man is a kid, don't give me that crap. I sort of know what Grn is going through and I'll keep it at that and what I think.
Some things come with aging, or my reality of getting old has not lost its passion. For all I know, the guy is a 'bleacher bud.' You know about bleacher buds? Guy hands you a photo he took of you from the bleachers or some turn.
Guy winds up in front of you on race day. Guy comes in 1st, I come in second for the championship. You say... What are you doing here in beginner class? He winds up being a factory rider. A budding star in the bleachers. Grn is probably one of those.
I followed the lines of that raw talent and saw how he rode. Another story; Pissed off some guy that was fast as all getup. Walked his bike 360. Said, who the fuck setup your clutch? Thing is an all out works bike but in production form out of a crate. He said he did.
I said, with no apology, let me setup your clutch, you leave the start now they throw the flag. I have the clipping somewhere. Guy flew from the field at the start and talked about that in the article. He was a good starter to begin with. It's the simple shit down the road that you see it all over again on the same raw talent, new day, same old shit.
I was schooled yesterday like big time tent. Tires? Springs? I need to sit down! Grn, go and check mom out, see how she is? You've got no place to go.

You know,I also thought about Kruz and Dogo...with their 'offer'.You guys...you want to race....come on up here.Seriously.If you desire to prove how much better you are....c'mon up.
Cui Bono? Who benefits here Green? Certainly not I or Dogo. Last time I checked they don't give medals for out running old geezers no one's ever heard of. It's a lose-lose for us, if we win, people will just laugh and say "shame on you, you beat up on that nice old geezer". If you win people will laught at us and say, "ha ha, you got outrun by that old geezer. What am I going to do, tell my grandkids I outrun some old geezer no one has ever heard of? Like I said where's the benefit?
Mark43, any one that disagrees with you is a "loser". I'm curious, who died and appointed you as the final authority?

Now Green, if you go to that track and make a name for yourself, that's a completely different story. Let's say that you spank Dogo bad, I mean really bad, beat up on that young whippersnapper, really put him in his place and capture it all on video.
Instant celebrity status for the Green man, you gonna be a super staaah! You'll become the darling of the YouTube crowd, instant respect, fame and fortune cause you now Da Man!
OK enough daydreamin, you gotta get out there now and earn it Green. Being King Of The Hill, Cock Of The Walk, doesn't come without a price.

It suddenly dawned on me, this isn't just about a motorcycle, it's more than that. It's about a person investing their entire identity and feelings of self-worth in an inanimate object. I'm no pyschologist, not even close but why such an exaggerated response from Green if anyone dare challenge the implicit superiority of his new 14R? By challenging the precept that the 14R is not some kind of object to be worshipped for it's massive and clear cut superiority we are challenging Green's entire belief system. Green apparently is what he owns, his possessions defines who he is. Maybe I'm overthinking this whole thing but it is fascinating to watch this drama unfold.
Green... DragKing told me my new 10R has a flat nose and has no midrange. My response... I laughed and agreed with him. So what, who cares? Am I any less of a person just because someone doesn't think my new bike is all that and a bag of chips? Of course not, all of us are entitled to our own opinions, don't you agree it would get pretty boring around here if we were all clones?
Pull it together Green, you're better than this my man.

Hub, Green hasn't proven yet that he's fast, so far.. talk and a couple of straight line vids. That track day with Dogo will tell the tale. If Green puts a whuppin on the Dogo, I'm president of the Green fan club fer life.
Green, this is your time to shine! You can go out with a whimper or you can do the trackday with Dogo and show us what you really have...all on video!
