Yeah, after I retired from the corps I sat around for a year getting wasted drunk and fat. Then I woke up, quit sittin around after the twelve months I allotted myself, and got my shit together! :)) I lost 50 lbs in 6 months and am back to being a lean mean motor scooter.

I need to find some zx14 riders in my area. I am confident there are none. Though I did come across a 06 zx14 for sale ten miles away.

I do like being the only one in the area. It's like having a sleeper and nobody knows the awesome power I wield on the streets. People are always trying to bait me into a race and when I do decide to take the bait I never see em again.

Pickin up stragglers as we go!

Haha. I ran into a first gen Busa back in May. Never raced, just bullshited about the bikes. But during the whole conversation he kept referring to Kawi as always being one step behind the Busa and not nearly as fast. I tried to correct him a couple times but I guess someone forgot to inform him there was a new king in town. Wish I had gotten a chance to race him and prove he was an idiot.

I had a first gen busa, and it was a great bike, but the 14R is just better, its faster, handles better, and brakes better, they are simular, the motor even has the same sound, tone etc, injectors sound the same etc ...

Yeah, I gotta dig up some pics of my old gen I busa! Her name was Evelyn. She was black and had 171.8rwhp, and I want to say 101.6 ft.lbs.tq. Daniel London owner of cloud nine motorsports tuned her. Don't know if he is still in business. Used to drag race out of Portland I believe. Great guy! Awesome tuner! 4 into 1 Akro that I cut down back in '07 before cutting the cans short became real popular. Everyone on busa.org though it looked goofy at first! :))
