Just like heathun said, the two were built for different purposes. Good to know the hyperbikes still maintain a torque advantage even with the ever increasing hp of the literbikes. Torque is something worth having on the street or dragstrip. Ricky Gadson did make some awfully damned fast drag runs on a ZX-10 however. They were not much slower than him on a ZX-14. I wonder if we will start to see literbikes setting landspeed records if the hp equals the hyperbikes. Do the current literbikes have a top speed limiter like the 14 or do they just stop pulling at 180 mph?
