Keep in mind that I went from a ZX-6R (636) to the 14.
retsam! I think I outdid you on this 1... I went from riding scooters

when I was 16 and bought the 14 last year, 14 years after my last experience on two wheels. A friend of mine had bought a zx 9 that summer and convinced me I should get a bike. So after some research on the internet I had a crush on the 1198 ducati corse, but thought she could never take the pounding of 6 5-230 lbs guy... too fragile, then it was on to the hayabusa, man I thought I loved that bike, almost u hauled to new mexico to pick up that all black falcon, the aggressive looks and the reputation had me sold, the fastest bird in the world which would descend from the sky to prey on powerless victims. Then, 1 day I was at my local dealer looking at a warrior (for some reason I thought those kinda bikes would suit me better)and trying to find a confortable position on it, I remember talking about forward controls and blablabla. I was getting really frustrated so decided to pick on the sales guy by asking about something I knew he didn't have... so I said Can I look at a hayabusa? he answered: oh, we just got a used 1 in! It was a 99 or 2000 her heydays were gone, her plastic has lost its shine a long time ago, she had numerous scratches, the only she had kept over the year was her aggressive looks, you could tell that at the drop of a hat she could take you where only a handful of man had been. So I sat on her and thought she was too low, reached for the handle bar and didn't like my position so after seeing that the sales guy told me he had something better, something I had never heard of before a zx 14

She felt so comfy I thought she would be lacking in power, but my research confirmed what the dealer had told me : with the hayabusa she would go toe to toe. The night before I took her home I watched a how to ride a motorcycle video on your tube lool, this girl on the way home almost overtook me: I'm no sexist she was jogging loool. A month later I enrolled into a motorcycle class and within 1 year I was able to take sweepers at 95 mph not bad for a newbie but then again this bike is so stable, so easy to ride so smooth... simply the BEST
