@Rook: I agree with Heathun 45 is way to high, the way my suspension are set up that would bend my forks just hitting a small bump... which make me think: have somebody with a good reputation check/adjust/upgrade your suspensions, especially since you do a few track days. Oh, and for me 40/40 seems to work well. Here is my rear 50 Rosso Corsa:
