Yeah ditto on the new screw driver, when I did my subs I heated them using a soldering iron (melted the "lock-tite") just propped the iron up on the screw and let it sit for a few mins, then use a REALLY good screw driver (if it looks slightly questionable don't use it, if its a really pointy tip, DON'T use it). I had a new screwdriver that apparently sucked... had a helluva a time getting the screw out, switched to an old crappy screw driver that I don't care about, and the screws came out like nothing :)

FYI: if you want to do a -1 front, buy a OEM Zypher front sprocket. Its a -1 compared to a ZX14, BUT it still has the OEM rubber bushings on both sides, so its not loud like a vortex.

2007 Plasma Blue ZX-14.
New build, Fresh re-plated block, Velocity Racing Turbo kit, JE Turbo pistons, P&P Head, and a whole lot more. Current on 8.5psi.

2013 White ZX-14R, Full Hindle exhaust, Puig DB screen, HIDs, drop pegs, bar risers, and so on, setting it up for touring.
