Anytime you have a crew of like minded people your going to have some differences.
Maturity is the key, slings and arrows don't do anything but drive people off.
I don't hang out here much, just cruise through now and again when I'm doing research.
It's another fount of knowledge for me when I got the jones to spend monies on my bike.
I am a regular poster on another site and we have a new member that's apparently well funded and came on the site slinging brags about this and that and all these bikes he owned. No pictures, just crowing.
I got tired of it and called him out. No pics,it's all BS,yadayada.
I was never rude in my opinion but pretty much backed him into a corner.
"I'll show the pics and you'll eat crow on the site" was his reply.
Sure enough dood has becoup bikes(5 14r's among others) but lives in a hairy area and security was his concern.
-shrugs-
I asked for biscuit and gravy with my Crow.
Lesson here is let's keep posting and it don't make a damn about who's whatsit has the most whatever.
Being civil and allowing an open mind to others ideas and methodologies is a sign of the aforementioned maturity.
It's the same thing as the exhaust/tire/fuel wars, don't mean nothing in the end run.
Buy what your heart and your pocketbook tells/allows and keep riding these awesome bikes.
