My baby being away from me and I figure someone would ride it like this... Just "Chill Inn"

I thought that was what cruise was for. When I a Harley Road Glide (fixed fairing) with the tour pak, I liked to sit in the passenger seat and kick back.

I use to let my kids drive my Harley while I was on back. I wont let them touch this baby.

I can take a handful, begin to raise the bar, I cooked that turn way too quick. Imagine I let someone roast a corner on an unknown bike... And you get the picture.

I let my Busa owning buddy ride mine when it was stock. He since then sold his Busa and was without bike for a few months. I just finished putting the two bros exhaust and pc3 on, I let hime ride it again, he remarked how smooth the bike remained but how scary it was if you pushed it. He is the only other person to ride mine with the exception of my wife. She jumps on the blue bomber once in a while and I ride her Katana750. I can not catch her......and it makes me nervous!! That is it, no one else's butt in my saddle.

It feels nice out.........I think I'll leave it out.

No. I think DARRYLE hit the nail on the head. They wanna ride a ZX 14? Then go buy one or ride the dealers demo unit.

I've let one person ride mine, but I owed him a favor bike wise as he lent me one of his for a week once. And he pushed the test ride time limit, you know, when someone takes just a little too long a ride. But when I heard him rumbling back I got to hear that bike in a new way and it almost gave me goosebumps how good it sounded. When I asked him what he thought he said, "This bike made me realize how many times I could say Holy Shit in one second!" That and hearing my motor/exhaust combo from a new perspective made it worth it. There's another friend with serious skills who's been waiting patiently and he's got a garage full of serious collateral, but I'll be relieved once he gets his turn and it's back safe. After that, no more, I've got enough gray hair.

I only let one person ride mine. They are experienced and they leave their 400hp SRT4 as collateral and for me to play with.

I've offered.....but only one taker (he was experienced)...most people have an instinct for survival, unlike those of us who purchased this crazy machine!

I would not roll on anything more than my contradiction prediction is to have the survival instincts to purchase the world's fastest; happens to turn out to be the safest as I contradict da phone call and say it stops with some of the best brakes for a production bike. The contradiction fumbles along with the bike being a too mild a ride; a Not too crazy running machine is a clean getaway from danger counters the contradict, son. Instincts, survival, need to purchase a safe machine is crazy to call it any other name.

The only other person that has "ridden" my 14 is the guy that rode it to and on the dyno. To the dyno was about 20 feet, on the dyno he did 185mph!!!

So if you're on the Dyno, how far can you go in 15 minutes at 185 MPH?

I ride with experienced riders so they're welcome to try it, but only because I've ridden with them more than a few times and know what they're capable of. There are a few, sometimes, that join us on the weekend rides and there's no way in hell I'd even let them go 10 feet. You all know the type - squids with no protective clothing and experienced with straight line riding.

Speaking of demo rides, you all do realize that some vendors hold Demo Days at the local track, right? I attended one a few months back at Barber and rode a Yamaha R6. I asked Kawasaki about it and they said they're not currently doing it, but they might start. I'd really like to try out the liter bikes by all the major vendors. I ALMOST bought a Duc 998 S BiPosto, but I'm 6'3" and felt like a gorilla on a tricycle. Definitely not a comfortable bike, either. All yellow and VERY sexy, but the maintenance history and that hideous clutch box sound was just too crazy. Maybe when I'm plenty money ahead. The power of that machine really can't be described in words (Marietta BMW/Ducati in North GA will let you demo most every bike on the showroom floor). Lastly, the closest Duc service center from where I live is over 100 miles away. Eventually...
