I am paying $88/month for liability. Of course, I totaled 2 bikes, but one was reimbursed by third-party coverage.
Add in a couple of speeding tickets and a car accident claim....bend over and grab your ankles. I guess they gotta make their money back some way.

Kruz, I had Progressive for many years, just the liability coverage that California law requires. They increased my rates a couple years ago from approximately $90 for both my 14 and my '79 GS1000, to over $200 for no reason other than inflation? No tickets or accidents, no credit checks or whatever, etc.
I checked out Geico and went with them. I have $300,000 coverage for Bodily injury and $100,000 for Property damage, which is much higher than the amounts required by California. My premium this year for my 14 and GS combined is $111 for a full year.
When filling out their questions form, only things I can think of right now that would effect the premium is I put down no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years, I'm 56 years old, have 40 years of riding experience, with no formal riding courses attended, and I estimated I'll ride the bike for "pleasure" and 3,000 miles a year. Hope this helps.
