If you want to see some cool looking brakes, Check out ISR. I hear they're decent but not up to Brembo performance. They are light in weight. I've been eyeing those for a few years now.

She stops ok. But compared to my V4 Speciale one can really tell she’s a big girl. Lol I think the 330mm rotors with the new M4 Brembo calipers should really make a difference. Pulling out the rear shock today and flush8ng rear brake fluid with Motol 600. Hoping the rear TTX shock is in this week. I’d like to button her up soon because I have another project with my Z125. Going big bore kit and stroker crank to make her 180cc. She’s already out to 143cc but can’t leave well enough alone.

I looked at the ISR distributor HPS in the US and it looked like the Brembo M4's were less expensive than the ISR's.
WOW! Really? It was a few years back where I read an article about ISR being good brakes that were light in weight but they never said anything about the price.

Just got the rear shock in and she’s coming along very nice. Looking amazing! Samco hoses are next with engine ice.

The hoses were a bit of a bitch to install. When the hose clamps are totally open they barely slide to the end of the hose where you’d want to clamp them because they are a little bit too small. But with some simple green I was able to make them slide in place. The hoses fit great once installed.

Yeah it sucked doing the smaller hoses with the clamps. Those are the ones that the clamps are just a little too small to fit over the hose when on the barbs that expand them a little. But I’m real happy with the fit and quality now that they’re on.

The quantum pump is a nice replacement setup, but it has a pressure drop near redline. A fuel pump upgrade will give a little more power near redline, especially with e85.. I love your new suspension brakes and hoses!

Thanks!! Just finalize the project and set the SAG. Overall it came out great looking forward to trying to sneak out tomorrow for a ride. The suspension feels completely different just sitting on it in the garage in bouncing up and down. I’m really looking forward to the 330 front discs and the new calipers to see how they work. I also installed a new lithium ion battery, Brembo RCS16 clutch master cylinder, Brembo RCS19 front brake master cylinder, Perelli Rossi Corsa II tires, new NGK iridium plugs. The only problem is now I finished it a little earlier than expected and I’m Jones in for a long ride LOL.

Looks great! If you have a couple extra Gs floating around, why not a Brembo rear MC?

The rear brake seems to work very well. I mean it can easily make the rear wheel lock up and seems to have plenty of power. The front master was definitely lacking the power and feed back I was looking for. But today the weather is supposed to be 55 out so I need to get out and scrub in the tries and put her through the paces.

Thanks very much. I spend a lot of my time out there playing with the bikes. I got out for a ride today for about 70 miles. She felt amazing! So planted and would go wherever I pointed her.... Damn so nice. As the brakes bed in she really came alive with the 330mm Braketec rotors and Brembo M4’s. Real happy how she felt. Got back and looked her over and I noticed that I was bottoming the front forks while heavy braking. So I gave her two more rounds of compression and hope to try her out again real soon!!!!

Thanks! I knew when I bought the house and we were doing a bunch over I only had one shot to do it the way I wanted to. I did the cabinets and added some skylights and all LED lighting. I picked up a tire machine two seasons ago and it’s already paid for it self over the two seasons. Between my son and I and are track habit we go through about 10 set of tires a season. I used to pay 80.00 a set to change them and then because we did it so often they dropped the cost to $40.00. But the convenience of not having to drive 20 minutes to the bike shop to drop the wheels off at and then make a second trip to get them a day later was such a hassle. Absolutely love the machine.

Absolutely! Saved the cost of the machine in a season and a half.

Somefun I really like those Moduline cabinets. Looking at redoing my garage space. Looking at similar cabinetry, epoxy floors, and air conditioning and heating the garage space. I am always looking at upgrades to my bikes, it is a disease. Latest upgrade for the 2012 ZX14R is brake lines from CoreMoto. Damn postal service has them somewhere between here and there.
